Captain Strategy provides digital products and services only. We do not ship any physical goods. This page explains how and when you can expect to receive your assessment reports, programme access, and related digital deliverables.
All products offered on captainstrategy.in - including the GCC Capability Architecture Assessment™, corporate/group diagnostics, and the B.A.S.E.™ programme materials - are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved in any purchase made on this website.
Once you complete payment and finish the assessment questionnaire, your personalised report is generated automatically and made available to you:
If you do not receive your report on-screen or by email within 30 minutes of completing the assessment, please check your spam/junk folder first, and then contact sivaram@captainstrategy.in with your payment reference so we can investigate.
For corporate/group assessments, the aggregate organisational report is generated once the completion conditions are met (a minimum number of participant completions, or the close of the 15-day window, whichever comes first, as described on the relevant product page). The coordinator who purchased the assessment will receive the group report by email once it is ready.
For paid programmes such as B.A.S.E.™, access details (venue information, joining instructions, pre-work materials, or online session links, as applicable) are shared by email to the registered participant, typically within 2 business days of successful payment, or as specified on the relevant registration page.
While our systems are designed for near-instant delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to technical issues, high traffic, or payment gateway confirmation timing. If your payment has been deducted but you have not received access within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly, including manual delivery of your report where necessary.
Because there is no physical shipping involved, standard shipping timelines, carriers, and tracking numbers do not apply to any purchase made through this website.
