This Refund Policy applies to all assessments, digital reports, and programmes purchased through captainstrategy.in. Because our core products are digital and personalised - generated automatically from the answers you submit - our refund terms differ from those for physical goods. Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our individual assessment products (for example, the GCC Capability Architecture Assessment™) generate a personalised digital report immediately upon completion of the questionnaire. Because the report is generated and delivered instantly based on your own inputs:

If you are unable to access your report, or your report fails to generate correctly due to a technical error on our end (for example, a payment processed successfully but the report generation step failed), please contact us immediately at sivaram@captainstrategy.in with your payment reference. We will:
If you are charged more than once for the same assessment due to a payment gateway error, or charged in error, please contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.
For paid programmes, workshops, or cohort-based offerings:

If Captain Strategy cancels or reschedules a programme, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date, at their choice.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway partner (Cashfree or PayU) within 7-10 business days of approval. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
To request a refund, please email sivaram@captainstrategy.in with your name, order/payment reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction.
