Captain Strategy is a sole proprietorship providing organisational assessment questionnaires, diagnostic reports, and related advisory services for corporate professionals, operated from India. • Payment information - when you purchase an assessment, payment is processed by our third-party payment gateway partners (currently Cashfree and PayU). We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers; these are handled directly by the payment gateway under their own security and compliance standards.
• Automatically collected information - such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected through standard web server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
• Communications - if you email us, fill a contact form, or otherwise reach out, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the interaction.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your personalised assessment report;
• Process payments and send related confirmations and receipts;
• Respond to enquiries, provide support, and communicate about our services;

For corporate/group assessments, individual responses are kept confidential and are not shared with the coordinator or other participants - only aggregate, anonymised results are reported at the organisational level, as described in the relevant product page.

Assessment responses and reports are typically retained for a reasonable period to allow you to access your report and for our internal records, after which they may be anonymised or deleted.
